Anyone know anything about rhinoplasty?

Few questions folks. I've been for a consultation with Harley Medical for a nose job. Been quoted 3,900bp. Just wondering if this was prety standard and if anyone had any info about Harley Medical as a company. Also if you've had the op was it painful/worth it etc. Cheers.
