Suggestion to store Camera backpack in primary backpack.?

For those who went on backpacking trips, how do you handle the hle of your second backpack which is used to house your photography equipments while carry a primary backpack which is used to store your clothes? My arsenal in my photography backpack consists of a 5DMK2, 70-200mm, 17-40mm, tripod and a couple of filters.
