Do people actually hook up and have via the craigslist personals?

I have never heard of such a thing occurring. Plus, it just seems implausible (from a man's perspective at least) that a decent looking woman would try to shake up with a guy in this manner... Although it might be easier for a woman to find an actual man, I suppose... But it all seems to be spam anyway. Any thoughts? "Success" stories?
