My nose won't unstuff... what can I do; what's going on?

I have a lot of sinus problems in the way of congestion, sinus pressure, headaches, and drainage. I get it from time to time, especially when the weather changes. Usually I will be stuffy and yucky for about a week and then it'll go away. This time, I had the whole drainage/stuffy/runny...etc. and then I thought it went away, but today I am still stuffy. Nothing else - no pressure, drainage, etc... just stuffy and when I sneezed, there's a little bit of blood. Nothing major, but enough to make me wonder what's going on. Sinus meds dry me out and make me tired and I already used the Afrin for three days. Any ideas???
