Are believers living in the Kingdom of God?

I have been reading in the book of Matthew several times that God's Kingdom is at hand. That God's Kingdom come, that the Holy Spirit will ignite you. this theme keeps popping up in Matthew, anyone know, if this means, if you become a believer and have received the spirit and have made a life change, will this place you in His living Kingdom now? or do we wait until death.
