What colour should I dye my hair PIC INCLUDED.?

Okay well I recently went to hair salon for professional consultation and the lady there said that red would really suit me. I have very thick curly hair..but you cannot see it in my photo because I obviously straighten my fringe. She also said I could keep my hair colour and just dye chunks of it blue :)
