Feel like period is on the way but no bleed?

i bet anything you're pregnant...well no i don't be anything but i got pregnant the very same way. i thought it was very unusual to get those cramps u can just tell it's a bit different so i took a pregnancy test and it was positive. even if the line is some what faint i believe that's a yes you're pregnant. let me know on the outcome. good luck
