94 Corsica sputters and bogs down when gas pedal is pushed down, thinking it may be spark related?

My corsica has new fuel filter and plugs and sputters and bogs down when gas pedal is applied, it only runs normal when very little gas is applied, so I'm thinking it may be that the spark is too weak to ignite the gas and that the problem is with the ignition coil packs, any suggestions would be appreciated.
