Any good over-the-counter pain reliever combinations?

I have scoliosis and chronic backpain because of it and the basic pain relievers like 800mg ibuprophen or 1000mg acetaminiphen etc. don't really work. is there a combination of pain relievers that's safe and more effective? thanks y'all!
