Can sinus drainage affect having an ?

I have had MAJOR sinus drainage and I can't taste ANY food, smell anything and even can barely hear anything. My husband and I were doing the deed last night and I couldn't even get off. I usually don't have problems with it but we even used some toys and nothing was working... could that have an affect on that somehow since it is killing everything else too? PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks!
