How to eat normal again?

That is very unhealthy. If you have issues eating solid foods like some people with eating disorders, you may want to switch to baby food to get used to eating foods again. Little by little work yourself up to solids, but never starve yourself. Your body packs away extra fat because it goes into starvation mode. It also absorbs more of the fats in foods when you do it because it still thinks its starving.
