Im 13 and... puberty?

ok well i am only 13 and already have a little of a moustache (more than most of ppl at my school) and i have had a lot of leg hair since the beginning of 6th grade, (im going into 8th) and i never went through any type of weird voice change that was embarresing. no voice crackling or anything. i didnt have any pimpils or zits. it seems i skipped the processes and went straight to everything else. i even have a deep voice. like deep that i sound really mature. and i am only 13. what is going on with me?
