Obama Reinstating The Military Draft?

I have been hearing rumors that Barack Obama wants to reinstate the military draft, I am 16 and pretty much I'm prime picking for the job. I was just wondering if these rumors are true, and also, I am colorblind so do you think that could get me out of being an infantryman?
